Nie asks on Blogher:
How long do you let your children play on the computer?

I let Ollie and Nicholas play for about 2 hour total throughout the day.

The Clark's at the ranch; Final chapter

When it was all said and done, everyone was exhausted...or at least Mr. Host Nielson was.
Also in the mix here, a few shots around the campfire at the cobbler cook-off (Meg won).
And, Mr. Nielson in his sweet cowboy garb (with shorts!) strumming the ge-tar!

On the last day, everyone:
(Stevie,Maggie, Emily,Page,Vance,Cynthia,Clark,Mery,Vivian,Seth,Stella,
Drew,Megan,Me,Christian,Claire,Jane,Ollie,Nicolas,
Andrew,Lucy, and Betsy (not counting Chief the dog, who swallowed a golf ball)
ALL THREW UP.

We sure know how to end with a Barf...er, I mean Bang (I am so funny)
We are planning for our Clark's in Bluewater for next year already.
(or are we?)
At least I got my annual Bluewater moccasins ;)

Thanks Nielson Family in Mesa, AZ (That's you Boss)

**Its my Papa's funeral tomorrow, my Mother is in town. We already stopped at the Sweet Tooth Fairy, took a 4 hour nap, laughed in bed last night before falling to sleep, and I showed her a new trick to teach the Missionaries back at home.**
Have a good weekend.

The Clark's at the ranch; chapter 3

While Mr. Nielson and I cooked and prepared inside, outside was all a-buzz.
4-wheelers, walks, swimming at the hole, lizard catching, guitar playing, snuggling on the swings, cowboy playing, bullet collecting, chess, checkers, uno, babies bouncing, nail-painting and lots of group photos kept us busy all day long.
Oh yes, and the favorite, paint by numbers.

***Hey, I know these people!
Feel better soon Lucy!!!
We love you***

PS. Jordan you looked beautiful

The Clark's at the ranch; chapter 2

Paint by Number and Lizards:
Paint by numbers

I bought as many cheap ranch/horse/animal themed paint-by-numbers
for those of us at the ranch who needed our hands busy inside (besides cooking).
All the children were involved as well as the adults.
It was a hit, well it was an addiction actually
(ask Lucy what time she went to bed last night?)
Someday in my house I will display all the paint-by-numbers I've created
over the years framed on a wall.

Then some caught lizards
(and Jimmy ate some too)

**Attention, if you want to check out
Justin Hackworth's 30 strangers exhibit he did, check it out here***

And another thing:
Dear cute girl at my local Paul Mitchell:
Remember when you offered something to me on a card when my
girlies were getting thier haircuts?
I can't find it, but I'd LOVE to redeem it.
Can you contact me??
